Loyalty Points

Our Loyalty Points Scheme is a great way to collect loyalty points whenever you place your order on our website.*

For every £1.00 spent with us, you will earn 1 Loyalty Point, for every 100 points collected, you will earn £1.00.

By collecting loyalty points, you can use them as you order, or save them up over time, to redeem as money off your future orders.

These are easy to use, and you can redeem your points in your basket at the checkout.

You can keep track of your Loyalty points with a monthly points balance statement.

Occasionally, we may run special offers where selected items may be promoted with double points for a limited time.

PLEASE NOTE: Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash; they can only be used as money-off to be redeemed against the value of your future orders. Loyalty points must be used within a rolling 12-month period and cannot be carried over.

 *Not all products are included in the Loyalty Points Scheme - excludes Machinery and some PPE



You can redeem your loyalty points when placing your order online on the website.

If you log into your account and add items into your basket as normal, when you go into your basket to check out, you can select the 'Redeem Loyalty Points' button

This will take you to a sliding scale where you can select how many available points you would like to use

Just click on 'Redeem' and it will deduct to amount from your order total.

The loyalty points are only valid for 12 months once they have been earnt - they will be on a rolling 12 months and you will receive monthly statements regarding your points balance.
