Jangro (Leicester) Ltd offer free delivery on all orders over £48 (ex VAT), within a 40 mile delivery radius covering Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire, and parts of the West Midlands. For orders that are below £48 (ex VAT) there will be a delivery charge of £16.66.

Delivery charges will apply to all other areas of the UK over the 40 mile radius, dependent upon the weight of the order.

• For Mainland UK orders that are under 20 kilos will be charged at £16.66 for standard delivery, anything over 20 kilos will be charged at an extra £0.60 per kilo.

• Orders for Scotland that are under 10 kilos will be charged at £55.00 for standard delivery, anything over 10 kilos will be charged at an extra £2.60 per kilo.

• Orders for the Scottish Highlands that are under 10 kilos will be charged at £66.00 for standard delivery, anything over 10 kilos will be charged at an extra £2.60 per kilo.

• Where no one is available to take delivery of the goods, redeliveries will be charged at the standard rate.

Orders that are over £390.00 will automatically qualify for free delivery.

Any claim for shortages or damages on delivery must be made to the company in writing within 3 days of the date of delivery. In the case of non-delivery, made to the company in writing within 7 days of the date by which the goods should have been received.

Collection Information

Orders can be collected from our Shepshed Depot, please ensure that your order is ready to be collected by calling the Sales Office to arrange a collection before arriving. The opening times for collections from our warehouse at our Shepshed Depot are 8.00 am – 3.30 pm Monday to Friday.
